About Company The original company listed as FHAOK was started as a response to Realtors and loan officers' desire to have a "johnny on the spot" universal home repair team available just weeks or days before a real estate transaction is about to close. Most companies specialize in one field such as plumbing or roofing, schedule projects weeks or months in advance and demand to be paid the day the work is completed. Carefree Property Solutions has teams of specialists who know the requirements for FHA/VA and Point of sale inspections so we can provide prompt and reliable repairs for those services. We don’t bill the owner directly but get paid out of escrow at closing. Once the repair list has been generated and sent to CPS we estimate the cost and send a request to the homeowner for approval. ( Usually our costs are less because we bundle the repair services) Once approved we contact escrow and activate a team to do the required repairs.
